February 9, 2023 – Stokes Robotics is proud to announce that they will have their robots featured in Jason Derulo’s performance at the Super Bowl LVII TikTok Tailgate Party.
Rehearsals with Derulo’s dance team began yesterday; and Stokes Robotics will travel to Glendale, AZ, tomorrow to prepare for the onsite rehearsals Saturday and the concert on Sunday. Their robots will join Derulo and his team as he performs his new song, Saturday/Sunday.
“This is an excellent opportunity to showcase what the robots can do in a setting that appeals to a large crowd.” said Robert Stokes, owner of Stokes Robotics. “Our focus remains using these robots to protect and improve lives, but we hope this feature will inspire a lot of students and people. We know this will be the first of many entertainment ventures for our robots.”
“I think this is such a big deal for Stokes Robotics.” said Cavanaugh Studyvin, executive director for the Carl Junction Area Chamber of Commerce. “It’s exciting to see a Carl Junction-based business reach millions of people. We are proud to have Stokes Robotics and Stokes Education in Carl Junction. What a great moment for the Southwest Missouri region.”
Stokes Robotics was brought into this project by one of their customers, TLC Creative Technology, www.tlciscreative.com. This is a major company in the entertainment industry, and they will be integrating their robots into other major events in the future.
Robert & Lynnette Stokes founded Stokes Educational Services, LLC, in 2005. Since then, the company has expanded and divided into two divisions – Stokes Education & Stokes Robotics. Stokes Education focuses on STEM education, and Stokes Robotics focuses on robotic solutions for customers in multiple industries. They provide robotic packages for law enforcement, agriculture, manufacturing, and other industries.
